| Goodbye old friend |
Sad times :[ My very favourite eye makeup remover is nearing the end of its
life! It’s been a real trooper removing waterproof mascara, gel eyeliner,
glitter, lashes and crazy coloured eye shadows effortlessly. (that’s my natural
look btw...) It doesn't sting my eyes like some, you just massage a little on your eye, add water, then wipe away. Perfect.
However, since Boots revamped the Botanics range they didn't
replace this in the fancy new packaging, they didn’t replace it at all, and
they just discontinued it. Why, why do they do it!? Discounting products is a
pet peeve in beauty, but I guess it’s all in the progression and development
progress.
But still, so sad.
On a brighter note this means I can shop. So now I'm on the lookout for
anything similar in consistency, price (£6) and performance. Recommendations
welcome. I feel like this is going to be a tough cookie, because honestly,
when you love a product it's difficult to find anything that compares.
